We ship nationwide throughout South Africa. Our shipping policy is simple and straight-forward:
- Spend R500 or more and get FREE delivery to your door.
- Should your cart total be less than R500, we charge a courier delivery fee of R99.
All deliveries are done using door-to-door couriers and You can insure your order.

Delivery Lead Times
Main Delivery Areas 2 – 5 working days.
Outlying Delivery Areas 4 – 9 working days.
Our courier partners normally deliver between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. We cannot unfortunately guarantee delivery times.
Please remember, these delivery times are estimates; we do rely on couriers for delivery which makes it difficult to guarantee exact delivery times.
Main Areas Vs. Outlying Areas:
30km around each of the following areas are usually considered a main centre: Johannesburg; Pretoria; Durban; Polokwane; Nelspruit; Kimberley; Bloemfontein; George; Port Elizabeth; East London; Pietermaritzburg and Richards Bay.
Any area outside of a 30km radius from a main centre is considered an outlying/regional area.
Extended Delivery Times:
Certain items (due to size and weight) may take a little bit longer to get to you. The shipping lead time of these items will be displayed on the website.
Special Order Items:
Certain special orders, including custom products. The shipping lead time of these items will be displayed on the website.
